How to Request Holiday Meal Assistance
Holiday meal assistance is available to Crook County households
with low incomes facing food insecurity.

For holiday meal assistance (food voucher or food box), the Holiday Partnership does not require proof of income. Instead, when you sign up, we ask for three attestations:
-
Your household's need for holiday food assistance.
-
Your residence in Crook County.
-
That you are the only person requesting food assistance for your household.
We will also ask for valid identification when you pick up your holiday meal assistance on December 17, 18, or 19, 2024.

SIGN-UP has closed as requests have fulfilled our resources
for holiday meal assistance.

If we do not confirm your request or if you are not signed up in advance,
you are welcome and encouraged to come to the Holiday Partnership Food Pantry in the Clover Building (Crook County Fairgrounds) after 12p.m. on December 19. Identification or prior sign up is not required to use the food pantry.

Early sign-up is encouraged as resources may not cover all requests. Completion of the sign-up form does not guarantee holiday meal assistance. We will confirm your request by mailing you a postcard in early December. Distribution takes place December 17-19 in the Clover Building (Crook County Fairgrounds).

Only one application per household please.
